Rekindle aliveness and reconnection
Creative Arts & Soul Therapy for navigating life’s challenges & Chronic conditions
Perhaps...
Perhaps you've been navigating experiences that have changed your relationship with yourself, your body, or with life itself.
Perhaps life has become more about coping than truly living.
Perhaps you've lost touch with what brings you joy, meaning, creativity, or a sense of aliveness.
Perhaps you're longing to feel more connected, to yourself, your body, your relationships, nature, or to something deeper that is difficult to name.
Perhaps, despite everything you've tried, something within you senses that another way is possible.
* Reconnecting to Life *
* Reconnecting to Life *
There is an intelligence woven through life, one that exists beyond what we can analyse, predict, or fully understand.
We witness it in seeds that know how to become towering trees, in the changing seasons that move through cycles of birth, growth, death, and renewal, in birds that instinctively know when to wait before taking flight, and within your own body, where millions of intricate processes are unfolding every moment—breathing, repairing, adapting, protecting, and transforming—all without your conscious effort.
Life is continually creating, responding, adapting, and finding new ways forward.
What if this same intelligence is also present in your own life?
What if the challenges you are living with are not only asking for relief, but also inviting you into a deeper relationship with yourself, your body, your creativity, others, nature, and the unfolding of your own life?
Reconnecting to Life is an invitation to rediscover connection, creativity, meaning, and aliveness alongside life's challenges.
It is a compassionate, creative, playful, and holistic therapeutic journey that invites you to reconnect with yourself and inherent worth, uncover new perspectives and possibilities, and cultivate inner and outer resources that support a meaningful and connected life.
Reconnecting to Life is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone different. It is about rediscovering the connection, creativity, meaning, and aliveness that have always been possible within you and within life itself…

Ancestral connection
1:1 Sessions (online or in-person)
Integrating individual and ancestral resources and wisdom. Exploring intergenerational patterns and healing.
Although we may experience ourselves as individuals, our lives are shaped by relationships. These include our families, culture, communities, animals, nature, ancestors, and our relationship with Life and the sacred.
Sometimes the emotional, physical, or mental challenges we experience may be connected to intergenerational patterns, stories, experiences, and wounds that have travelled through our family or collective histories.
Ancestral connection offers an opportunity to explore these layers of experience, while also reconnecting with the strength, wisdom, resilience, and resources that have travelled through our lineages.
Through creative, imaginal, embodied, and relational exploration, we can become curious about what has been carried, what may be ready to be understood or integrated, and what may no longer need to be carried forward.
Sometimes, what is ready to be released can begin to release itself, creating more space to move forward with your life.
I am an enthusiastic student of Life and the soul’s journey. Originally from Mexico, I made New Zealand my home for 16 years. I recently moved to the Yarra Valley in Melbourne, Australia.
I've been on my own journey with conditions like endometriosis and fibromyalgia. After facing limited treatment options and feeling intense frustration at being unable to work and function properly, I made a heartfelt intention: To trust my body, listen to Life and explore the depth and layers of healing.
This made me reconnect with my body, nature, ancestral wisdom, intuition, and creativity. What started as a wish to feel better, heal, and return to my ‘normal life’ turned into a profoundly transformative path, where confusion, sadness, anger, chronic pain, and exhaustion shifted into clarity, peace, presence, and gratitude for Life. I understood that healing goes far beyond the ‘removal’ or improvement of symptoms.
I am a registered Creative Arts Therapist (ANZACATA) and an Inner-Work and mental wellbeing facilitator with 15 years of experience as a facilitator, educator, and Nutritionist. Through my work, I support people in their journeys of reconnection, self-love, transformation and healing.
In my path, I’ve been fortunate to learn from inspiring teachers and wisdom traditions. You can read more about my training and studies here.

Research has found a link between chronic conditions and chronic stress and trauma. Some theories suggest, that in chronic conditions, the body often becomes trapped in a defence mechanism. This can manifest as a hyperactivated nervous system (e.g., pain, inflammation, anxiety, stress, nervousness, a desire to escape) or as an underactive nervous system (e.g., brain fog, shutdown, exhaustion, lethargy, feeling disconnected from one’s surroundings). I’ve found that in chronic conditions, both responses can occur simultaneously.
Reconnecting to life helps you understanding the landscape of your autonomic nervous system. It aims to strengthen your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being, providing insights into your chronic condition(s) while restoring a sense of safety, peace, awe, and aliveness.
The body is a physical container of your individual, ancestral, and collective history. When emotions or parts of yourself are silenced or repressed, they get lodged in your body, no matter how long they have been repressed. Your body does this for protection. There is an intelligence behind the body’s tensions, pain, and stagnation. When you tenderly explore these pains and tensions with the help of creative arts, somatics and the imaginal realm, you can release stuck emotions and protective patterns, which reduce pain and fatigue and increase the availability of energy.
Other benefits can include emotional release, physical relaxation, stress reduction, increased present-moment awareness, feelings of safety, playfulness, self-compassion, and self-care.

Creative Arts Therapy uses expressive processes such as art, creative writing, movement, sculpting, sound, nature, symbol work, and imaginative play to promote mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being. It supports the exploration and expression of inner experiences—feelings, emotions, perceptions, and thoughts and connects us with the imaginal realm (the in-between) the physcial and the spiritual world.
By fostering present-moment awareness, Creative Arts Therapy aids in regulating emotions and calming the nervous system, it can also serve as a powerful tool for stress and pain relief, enhancing overall quality of life.
Creative Arts Therapy helps reintroduce the experiences of play, curiosity, creativity, and aliveness, which are essential for restorative imagination and healing.

Not at all! You DON’t need to have artistic abilities. The focus of this process is on expression, exploration, and self-discovery rather than on creating “art” in a traditional sense. Everyone has a unique way of expressing themselves, and the creative activities are meant to help you tap into your feelings, thoughts, experiences and the imaginal realm.
