Registration and Session Scheduling
Once payment is made, you will be registered for the "Reconnection to Life" 1:1 sessions. A link will be sent to schedule and book your 60-minute sessions.
Session Packages
Depending on what you paid for, you will receive the following:
Reconnecting 101: Ten 60-minute sessions
Reconnecting 102: Five 60-minute sessions
Reconnecting 103: Five 60-minute sessions
Or the three modules
What You Will Receive During Sessions
Throughout our sessions, you will receive and have access to:
Collage journal guide and prompts
Presence and meditation practices
Somatic and movement practices
Optional: Recorded 1:1 sessions
Confidentiality
Rest assured that all paperwork and conversations will remain confidential. I will store therapy notes for the following professional purposes:
Review of therapy work in supervision
Support for a professional report, as agreed
These records are kept securely in accordance with ANZACATA (Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Creative Arts Therapy Association) policies, for a period of 7 years, after which they will be destroyed.
I, Norma Hernandez, agree that any art images used will be presented professionally in supervision, ensuring the client's identity remains confidential. Should the material be required for any other context, prior permission will be sought.
The material provided (including, but not limited to, recorded sessions, email responses, and guides) is the intellectual property of Reconnecting to Life and cannot be used in any public forum without written permission from Norma Hernandez.
Payments
The costs for these sessions are in NZD and are as follows*:
Reconnecting 101 (10 weeks): $520 monthly for 3 months, or a lump sum of $1,500
Reconnecting 102 (7 weeks): $543 monthly for 2 months, or a lump sum of $1,050
Reconnecting 103 (7 weeks): $543 monthly for 2 months, or a lump sum of $1,050
Three modules lump sum: $3,600
* Unless there’s a special offer
If you select the installment plan, your remaining payments will be automatically charged each month on the same date as your original payment. For example, if you made your first payment on April 16th, the next payment will be charged on May 16th, then June 16th, and so on.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and that the account linked to your payment method is adequately funded. If you need to update your payment method, please email norma@reconnectingtolife.com for assistance.
If a payment is insufficient or declined and not resolved within 72 hours, Reconnecting to Life reserves the right to halt your sessions and pursue collection of the balance, including involving a collection agency. You agree to hold Reconnecting to Life harmless concerning this process.
If you have received a special fee or payment plan, you are committed to the agreed amount and payment schedule.
Refund Policy
If you decide to withdraw for any reason, you may cancel your participation within 7 days of your payment to receive a full refund (minus the first session if it has already occurred), or a credit for future use. Refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to three weeks to process. No refunds will be granted after this period.
Even if you choose not to participate or don't use all your sessions within the agreed timeframe, the remaining balance of the package is still due in full and must be paid according to the original timeline, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If you initiate a chargeback or contest any payments, it will be considered a breach of your payment obligations and this agreement. Reconnecting to Life reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may cancel or reschedule without penalty. If you have trouble, please email norma@reconnectingtolife.com, and I will respond as soon as possible.
If you do not provide 24 hours' notice and/or fail to show up for your session, it will not be rescheduled. I will remain on the line for 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, and if you arrive late, the remaining time will be used. Any late-starting sessions will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time.
Exceptions may be made for illness, emergencies, or family deaths. I will do my best to accommodate these situations.
Final Acknowledgment
My priority is to create a safe, compassionate, and gentle place for you to explore and express your experiences, sensations, and emotions. You are aware that participating in a program like this may evoke strong emotions, disorienting experiences, or emotional release which I cannot eliminate.
You acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions. You understand that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own decisions and actions. You will not hold Norma Hernandez liable for any outcomes, directly or indirectly, resulting from this program.
By checking this box and submitting this document, you agree that this action is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature on the agreement.
